OUR CURRENT POSITIONS

This role supports the execution of marketing and communication activities in a quality and timely fashion. These activities include content creation for various platforms, supporting any marketing campaigns and working proactively to drive engagement and raise awareness of the Foundation and its projects.

Essential

  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in writing engaging content.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of WordPress.
  • Copywriting and Editorial experience.
  • Confident using social media management tools, i.e. Hootsuite.

This role will involve working with the team to support their marketing targets and publicity of the Foundation. The tasks will include creating visually appealing content for promotional material both printed and digital as well as some photography at events.

Essential

  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Strong eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in Graphic Design.
  • Previous experience of printing and print requirements.

In this role you’ll be responsible for the analysis of all of our digital platforms and any digital media campaigns. You will work closely with our team to analyse the efficiency of our website and social media channels to identify any patterns of successful behaviour.

Essential

  • Strong understanding of analytics data including: Google, Twitter, Facebook, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Instagram.
  • Good Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability to present data clearly, effectively and succinctly.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Quick learner.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO and tracking capabilities.
  • Previous experience with Advertising campaigns and tracking.

This role will encompass a variety of tasks working with the team to support them in their projects and targets. From co-ordinating with our partners to assisting with the organisation of our charity events, you will be involved in all aspects of the Foundation.

  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Previous experience in event organisation.
