Rudgwick Music Festival, has to date, raised over £80,000 for charity. Now, in its 20th year, this family friendly festival continues to attract thousands of people to come together and enjoy hours of acoustic and electric music, a variety of stalls including the ever popular beer tent, glitter tattoos, some interesting dancing and camping on this two day event. Last weekend, The Cookie Bar bus was one of the lucky attendees, whipping up cookies, milkshakes, cakes, teas and coffees to all the happy revellers late into Saturday night and many a bacon buttie (and strong coffee) the next morning!

The day was an incredible success, with the weather on our side we had a record number of customers allowing us to even finish breakfast before the rain started pouring on Sunday. The unique conversion of this old Routemaster draws people in, and in turn allows us to spread The Cookie Bar message to a new audience attracting bus fanatics both young and old. The event has allowed us to raise profits and awareness for the fantastic projects we support on a local and international level.

All that’s left to say is a huge thank you to all of our customers, volunteers and the organisers of Rudgwick, in particular Gareth Case for all his help, we had a fantastic time and hope to be returning next year!
